Italian low carb never tasted so good! Parmesan flair and lots of fiber too!
In a large, deep skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Add freshly minced garlic and pepper flakes and saute. Add broccoli florets, water, lemon juice, lemon zest and mix well.
Cover skillet and cook over medium heat 8 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
Transfer broccoli to a serving dish and sprinkle with Organic Valley Parmesan Cheese.
