A classic dressing transformed into an organic salad blessing. Just add vegetables—it’s so creamy and refreshing, even picky eaters will get into the graze craze. Or serve it with seasonal greens, on grilled fish or as a cooling sauce for spicy meats.
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree 1 minute. Turn off blender and taste the dressing. Adjust seasonings as desired.
2. Store dressing in a covered container in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 1 week.
Add Organic Valley Grated Parmesan and an extra dose of freshly ground black pepper to amplify flavors a bit!
