Schmear onto a lunchtime sammy or slam dunk veggies!



Grate Organic Valley Cheddar Cheese (Mild, Sharp or Raw Sharp -it's all good!) into a medium bowl. Add room temperature Neufchatel Cheese and Lowfat Sour Cream.

Using a hand held blender or food processor, whip the dairy together until smooth. Add the scallion, minced garlic, fresh parsley and continue to blend.

Add lemon juice and spices. Cover and refrigerate for an hour prior to service.

Serving Suggestions

Use Mo'Betta Cheddah Dip as a super sammy schmear (spread for sandwiches), dip for veggies, or topping for baked potatoes.


Serve with steamed broccoli, grilled veggies, or dunk some pita into Mo'Betta Cheddah.


Kids in the Kitchen:

Mo'Betta Cheddah is a hit with most kids! Little folks in the kitchen can tear the parsley and squeeze the lemon (check for scratches or owies on their hands or juice could sting). Older kids can use the hand blender to whip the dip together!
