Rich and creamy warm winter treat.
Using a blender, cappuccino maker, or hand held "frother," whip 1/2 of the Vanilla Soy into a frothy cloud. Warm the other portion of Vanilla Soy over medium heat.
Combine the cinnamon sugar with the warmed Vanilla Soy in a festive mug, then spoon on the froth. Pull a double shot of organic espresso.
Pour shots through middle of froth and enjoy!
