Power packed with long lasting energy boosting oats and nuts.


  • 12 cup Organic Valley Salted Butter
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 13 cup almonds, slivered (or your favorite raw nut or seed)
  • 13 cup shredded coconut
  • 13 cup sesame seeds


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 11x7 inch baking pan with Organic Valley Salted Butter.

In medium sauce pan, over low heat, combine butter, brown sugar, honey and vanilla extract. Cook, stirring, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat. Add oats, nuts, coconut and sesame seeds. Mix with a wooden spoon until well combined.

Press mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is golden brown. Let cool in the pan and cut into bars.

Try adding dried fruit, or experiment with different combinations of seeds and nuts.
