- 1⁄2 cup vanilla ice cream (or peach)
- 1 cup peeled, chopped peaches (fresh or partially thawed)
- 2⁄3-1 cup Organic Valley Milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine and blend ingredients with an immersion blender. (Use a stand-up blender if you’re doubling or tripling the recipe.) Serve immediately.
