In a food processor, blend together fresh basil and garlic until finely chopped. Add softened cream cheese, walnuts, parmesan and olive oil; process until smooth. Transfer spread to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Or store in an airtight container, place in the fridge for schmearing on sandwiches or dressing up any veggie snack!
