Power Pita Pocket Pizza

Personalize your pita pizza with awesome Organic Valley Cheeses and fresh veggies!


  • 1 whole whole-wheat pita bread
  • 1 tablespoon shredded Organic Valley Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce (or to taste)


Preheat toaster oven to 450 degrees. Spread sauce on pita bread, leaving a 1/2-inch border for crust. Then sprinkle on the desired amount of cheese, and add toppings like mushrooms, peppers, olives, or Organic Valley Italian Sausage (pre-cooked).

Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes or until gooey!

Serving Suggestions

Serve with fresh fruit and veggies, and, of course, Organic Valley Milk.
