Sweet and gooey yet rich in brain building essential fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rawalmond butter
  • 13 cup honey
  • 13 cup sunflower seeds (or sesame seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon flax oil (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to an air tight glass jar and store in the fridge.

Serving Suggestions

Use as a schmear for a sammy with fresh banana, sliced apples, raisins and carrots.

 

Use as a dunking dip for celery, carrots, bok choy, apples, pears, whole grain pretzels, bread sticks, and crackers.

 

Serve with a tall glass of Organic Valley Milk.

Notes

Kids in the Kitchen:

Super easy for children of all ages! Wash hands first, as most kids will want to dunk fingers in the Quicksand!
