Could dessert be any simpler? Use the freshest, plumpest organic raspberries you can find or forage.
1. Heat broiler. Divide raspberries into two small, individual baking dishes (they should be shallow ones that are about 4 inches wide, or similarly sized).
2. Whisk sour cream and maple syrup and drizzle evenly over raspberries. Sprinkle crushed grahams evenly over the top. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over graham crumbs. Broil until there's a few deep brown spots on the top, 5-6 minutes. Serve warm.
Note: Sliced peaches may stand in for the raspberries (or use a combination of the two).
