Rich in protein and essential fatty acids...this refreshing smoothie is a meal in itself!

Directions

Whirl yogurt and orange juice in the blender, add flax seeds and puree for 2 minutes. Add almonds, honey and vanilla extract, blend for another 2 minutes. Add the frozen banana and raspberries and whirl until smooth!
