Raspberry Sauce

To be served with the Passover Torte.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces raspberries (frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

Strain raspberries. Puree berries, jam, honey and lemon juice in processor. Strain to remove the seeds. Press on solids to extract as much fruit and juice as possible. Can be made a couple days ahead of time. Cover, chill and ENJOY with your Passover Torte.
