Shredded Napa Cabbage with Soy Slaw Dressing

A sensational nutritional dressing for your favorite slaw.
- 1⁄2 cup Organic Valley Original Soy Milk
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon flax oil
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl until creamy. Pour over a combo platter of shredded cabbages, onion, beet and carrot, or your own favorite slaw. Toss to coat and serve.
