This quick and easy super schmear can work as a dunker or a dipper.


  • 12 cup Organic Valley Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Mexican blend, or Italian Blend)
  • 12 cup Organic Valley Lowfat Cottage Cheese
  • 14 teaspoon dried dill (or fresh to taste)
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper


In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, cottage cheese, dill weed, and black pepper. Mix together with a rubber spatula until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes before serving with cucumber slices, greens, crackers or your favorite fresh bread.

Serving Suggestions
