Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (Annie\'s brand Honey Dijion)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 cups sorrel, torn into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups frisee lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
- 1⁄2 cup parsley, flat-leaf variety, loosely packed
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, coarsely chopped
Make dressing:
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
Make salad:
Toss together all salad ingredients with dressing in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
