Strawberry Valley Cocktail

This drink - part cocktail, part dessert - was created in the bar at Nick and Toni's Café on West 67th in Manhattan. See the video from "A Taste of New York."
Ingredients
- 4 organic strawberries
- 2 ounces organic vodka
- 1 ounce Organic Valley French Vanilla Half & Half
- 1⁄3 ounce cassis
Directions
Muddle three strawberries in the bottom of a metal shaker.
Add vodka and cream, fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour cassis into the bottom of a chilled cocktail glass.
Strain cocktail into glass and garnish rim with remaining strawberry.
