A quick nutritional blast to keep you multitasking with ease all morning long!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic Valley Vanilla Soy
  • 12 cup blueberries (rich in antioxidants)
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds (great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acid)
  • 1 tablespoon raw almonds (rich in protein, vitamin E, and essential fatty acids)

Directions

Whirl all ingredients in the blender until smooth (up to 5 minutes, as flax seeds require extra time).
