Steam prepared Organic Valley's farm fresh Swiss Chard until tender, about 5 minutes.
Melt Organic Valley Salted Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fresh garlic and saute for 30 seconds or so. Add steamed chard and currants. Saute until heated throughout about 3 minutes. Drizzle red wine vinegar and toss to coat. Season to taste with red pepper flakes, sea salt and pepper.
