Pour 2 Tbsp of sweetened condensed milk into a 16oz glass. Add 2 shots of espresso or double brewed coffee. Stir until mixed. Add some ice and stir until espresso mixture has cooled, then add more ice. Top off with cream or half and half.
hmmm.... I LOVE Thai Iced coffee, and have had it in many Thai restaurants, where they usually use mixes. But the best I had was in a restaurant where they made it themselves - and they use a dash of ground cardamom in it! I cannot imagine making this with Paula Dean's recipe, because dry milk is non-fat, then you add butter - why not just get the full fat condensed milk already made? Now, if you boiled down Organic Valley whole milk with sugar, you might have something special.
