Mint, basil and cilantro have widespread use in Southeast Asian cooking; each has its own characteristic savor, and sometimes they are combined to result in a triple fresh-herb sensation. Their zing comes through clear and strong when you combine them with ricotta and a little tangy yogurt. Itís not an authentic Southeast Asian preparation by any means, but itís really, really good. Made with a fresh-style organic cheese like ricotta or lowfat cottage cheese, plus a little live-culture yogurt, itís also really, really healthy.
Serve the dip with a multicolored platter of organic veggies from the farmersí market or CSA boxóraw peas, asparagus, baby turnips, carrots, green onions, etc.
1. Blend herbs, ricotta, yogurt, green onion and lemon juice in a food processor or blender until as smooth as possible. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer dip to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, Bob. It's supposed to be Basil. Thanks for calling our attention to the error (corrected as of this morning) and enjoy the dip!
Aha! Yes, indeed...the missing ingredient was 1/4 cup of Organic Valley Plain Lowfat Yogurt. It's fixed now. Thanks for letting us know!
