1 pint Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp sugar
- Chill everything. The colder the better!
- Beat cream, slowly at first, until consistency is thick, soft and fluffy, or until soft peaks begin to form.
- Gradually blend in sugar, any spices, and vanilla, and beat until stiff peaks form. Do not over-whip (or you'll end up with butter!)

For Spiced Whipped Cream—add 3/4 tsp cinnamon
For Maple Whipped Cream–substitute 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup for sugar
