Cottage Cheese Parfait
Light, fruity and fun for kids of all ages to create!

Ingredients:
24 ounces Organic Valley Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 cup blueberries (thawed and drained)
1 cup raspberries (thawed and drained)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
honey (to taste)
4 large fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions:
Use fresh berries if possible, or thaw and thoroughly drain frozen organic berries.
In a beautiful glass, carefully layer ingredients alternately. Drizzle top layer of berries with honey to taste. Garnish with a huge fresh strawberry! Enjoy!

I do love this parfait, as I can make it in a snap and it can be a meal in itself. I love knowing that I am getting an awesome source of protein, calcium, and oodles of anti-oxidants to start my day!
