Fabulous Fruit Soup
Light fare that's oodles of fun to eat!

Ingredients:
2 cups Organic Valley Orange Juice
2 cups plain, vanilla or berry flavored yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon flax oil
honey to taste (add more if using plain yogurt)
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste
1 large banana
1 pint berries (seasonal choice)
slivered almonds (optional)
blood oranges, peeled and cut into sections or slices
fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
Whisk together orange juice, yogurt, lemon juice, flax oil, honey and spices. Slice banana and add it and the berries to the mixture. For a crunchy version, add slivered almonds. Garnish with blood oranges and mint.

Kids in the Kitchen:
Fun and light, yet totally adaptable to the fruits your child enjoys best. Let the kids wash the berries and remove any hulls or stems. Small children can cut bananas and large berries with a butter knife and feel like a big kid!
