Farm Friends Organic Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Organic Valley Whole Milk
2 tablespoons Organic Valley Buttermilk Blend
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tablespoons celery leaves (chopped)
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons shallots (minced)
1/4 teaspoon dillweed (dried)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (ground)
Instructions:
Whisk first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Note:
For a milder flavor, saute the shallots in butter. Dressing can be prepared 5 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.

What the heck is "buttermilk blend"? I just used 3/4 c buttermilk and 1/2 c lt mayo.
