Ingredients:
12 ounces Organic Prairie Ground Chicken Chub
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon garlic (granulated)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
2/3 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Instructions:
Place ground chicken into large skillet with the chopped onion. Mix in the spices and brown over medium heat until cooked throughout (approximately 10 minutes).
Serving Suggestions:
This versatile delight can be served with fresh greens, tomatoes, avocado, and topped with Organic Valley Pepper Jack Cheese and/or Organic Valley Sour Cream for a cooling summer supper.
