2 cups Organic Valley Vanilla Soy
1/2 cup blueberries (rich in antioxidants)
2 medium bananas (peeled, sliced and frozen)
1 tablespoon flax seeds (great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acid)
1 tablespoon raw almonds (rich in protein, vitamin E, and essential fatty acids)
Instructions:
Whirl all ingredients in the blender until smooth (up to 5 minutes, as flax seeds require extra time).
