Tart-N-Tangy Tropical Green Tea and Soy Smoothie
Jump start your day with a healthy dose of green tea's antioxidants and Soy's isoflavones.

Ingredients:
4 tea bags (organic green tea)
1/2 cup water
2 handfuls of ice cubes
3 medium kiwi fruits (peeled and sliced)
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup banana (peeled and sliced (frozen too, if you like it creamy))
1/2 cup Organic Valley Vanilla Soy
1 cup Organic Valley Orange Juice - no pulp added
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
Instructions:
Bring cold purified water to a boil and pour 1/2 cup over tea bags. Steep for 3-5 minutes; remove and squeeze tea bags. Add one handful of ice to the tea to bring down the temperature.
Pour the chilled green tea into a blender along with the remaining ice, kiwi slices, pineapple, banana, soy and juices. Blend until smooth. Add honey to taste and serve cold, preferably with an umbrella and fresh fruit garnish.
