1 1/2 cups Organic Valley Nonfat Skim Milk
3 tablespoons Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1/3 cup Organic Valley Orange Juice - no pulp added
1 medium banana (frozen)
10 large strawberries (frozen)
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 tablespoon almonds
Instructions:
Whirl all ingredients in the blender for 3-5 minutes. For extra protein (and great creamy flavor) add more Organic Valley Nonfat Dry Milk Powder! Enjoy!
