Watermelonade



Pureed watermelon makes a vivid batch of liquid rejuvenation.

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

4 pounds watermelon
1/4-1/2 cup sugar or honey
juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Remove rind and seeds from watermelon. Finely chop enough of the "meat" to make 2 cups.

Puree remaining watermelon with sugar or honey and 3 cups water. Stir in lemon juice and chopped watermelon. Chill before serving.
