Boffo Berry Blast
Orange juice adds zip and oodles of Vitamin C to this berry-full smoothie.

Ingredients:
2 cup Organic Valley Orange Juice - no pulp added
1/2 large banana (frozen)
1 cup berries (frozen)
Instructions:
Measure Organic Valley Orange Juice into blender pitcher. Add frozen banana and whirl for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Gradually add frozen berries and puree for 2-4 minutes or until desired consistency.
Garnish with orange. lemon or kiwi slices. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions:
Makes excellent frozen treats. Pour smoothie into plastic popsicle molds and place into the freezer for a few hours until solid. Cool off...organically.
Note:
Kids in the Kitchen:
Measuring liquids with children can be messy! Children ages 3-5 can place their finger on the calibrated pitcher and advise "the head chef" when to stop pouring.
With older kids, you may place your finger on the "one cup" mark and let them determine "when."
To keep the wee ones busy in the kitchen, ask them to count how many berries fill one cup!
