Ingredients:
1 cup Organic Valley Colby Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup carrot (shredded)
1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup Organic Valley Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 tablespoon green onions (minced)
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix gently to blend. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Spread onto your favorite hearty bread or toast. Wrap into a tortilla with your favorite veggies and sprouts!
