Dairy-Free Mango Lime Shake
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango
1 cup Organic Valley Original Soy
2 teaspoons freshly grated lime zest
1 - 1 1/2 cups lime sherbet
Instructions:
Peel mango; slice the flesh off the pit and chop it.
Place chopped mango and soy in a blender. Blend until as smooth as you like. Add grated lime zest and sherbet. Blend again. Serve immediately.

This looks great, but as sherbert contains milk, it is not dairy-free.
