Holiday Spice Tea
Warming herbs and milk from happy cows create the perfect holiday hot cocoa alternative.

Ingredients:
8 cups water
9 1/2 whole cardamom (pods)
5 slices fresh ginger root
4 large orange peels (strips)
9 whole cloves
2 2/3 cups Organic Valley Reduced Fat 2% Milk
8 teaspoons tea (Darjeeling)
1/3 cup honey
Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in heavy, large saucepan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add Organic Valley Milk and tea, bring to boil and simmer 2 minutes. Turn off heat and steep 4 to 6 minutes, according to desired strength. Mix in honey. Strain tea.
Note:
Can be prepared in advance. Cover and chill; rewarm before serving.
