Honey Sweet Soy Nog



The luxury of holiday nog, without all the calories! Loaded with protein from Organic Valley egg whites and soy.

Ingredients:

4 cups Organic Valley Original Soy (or Vanilla Soy)
1/2 cup Organic Valley Pasteurized Egg Whites
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (or to taste)

Instructions:

In a blender on a medium speed, mix soy and egg whites until foamy. Slowly drizzle honey through the small opening in the lid, and blend for 3 minutes. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg; whirl for 1 minute or so. For extra vanilla sweetness, use Vanilla soy instead and cut the honey and extract to taste.

Pour into festive glasses and shake a bit of nutmeg on top! Cheers.
