Jammin' Cheese Sandwich

Cheese, fruit and bread are a classic combination, so why not put them all together in a sandwich? But this is no delicate tea sandwich; with thick layers of whole-grain bread, protein-rich organic cheese and berry-plumped jam, it will stand front and center at breakfast or lunch. And what could be easier?
Ingredients:
Organic fruit jam (raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, etc.)
Whole-grain bread slices
Mild, soft-textured cheese like Organic Valley Muenster or Mozzarella, sliced
Instructions:
For each sandwich, spread jam thickly on two slices of bread—don’t go all the way out to the edges because the jam will ooze out. Add cheese and press the sandwich together lightly.
