Oh So Soy-n-Cinnamon Cappuccino

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Organic Valley Vanilla Soy
2 shots espresso coffee (brewed)
2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar (or to taste)
Instructions:
Using a blender, cappuccino maker, or hand held "frother," whip 1/2 of the Vanilla Soy into a frothy cloud. Warm the other portion of Vanilla Soy over medium heat.
Combine the cinnamon sugar with the warmed Vanilla Soy in a festive mug, then spoon on the froth. Pull a double shot of organic espresso.
Pour shots through middle of froth and enjoy!
Note:
Forgot the froth? That's okay, you've made a super cinnamon soy latte!
