Pumpkin Maple Soy Smoothies



Easy, unusual and festive, here’s an all-organic smoothie for the holidays. I’d say it’s for the kids in the crowd, except that adults will like it, too.

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

6 cups Organic Valley Vanilla Soy
2 cups homemade pumpkin puree or 1 can (15 ounces) organic pumpkin puree
1/2 cup maple syrup

 

Instructions:

Whirl all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Chill before serving.
