Quick Dinner Rolls
Recipe from Jen Gamerdinger, an Organic Valley farmer from Iowa. Jen likes to welcome people into her home for the holidays with the aroma of freshly baked bread!

Ingredients:
1 cup Organic Valley Whole Milk
1/4 cup Organic Valley Salted Butter
1/4 cup warm water
1 Organic Valley Grade A Extra Large Brown Eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions:
Add the yeast to the warm water and set it aside. Melt the butter in scalded milk. Mix the flour, sugar and salt, then add the wet ingredients. Let it raise once. Punch down and form into 3- or 4-inch balls. Let raise again. Then bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Butter the tops of the buns while they are still warm.
