Quicksand Schmear & Dunking Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter (raw)
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (or sesame seeds)
1 teaspoon flax oil (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to an air tight glass jar and store in the fridge.
Serving Suggestions:
Use as a schmear for a sammy with fresh banana, sliced apples, raisins and carrots.
Use as a dunking dip for celery, carrots, bok choy, apples, pears, whole grain pretzels, bread sticks, and crackers.
Serve with a tall glass of Organic Valley Milk.

Super easy for children of all ages! Wash hands first, as most kids will want to dunk fingers in the Quicksand!
