Raspberries 'n' Dream
Rich in protein and essential fatty acids...this refreshing smoothie is a meal in itself!

Ingredients:
2 cups Organic Valley Reduced Fat Milk 2% Milkfat
1/3 cup Organic Valley Orange Juice - no pulp added
1/4 cup flax seeds (raw)
1/3 cup almonds (raw)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raspberries (frozen)
1 large banana (frozen)
Instructions:
Whirl Organic Valley 2% low-fat milk and Orange Juice in the blender, add flax seeds and puree for 3 minutes. Add almonds, honey and vanilla extract, blend for another 3 minutes. Add the frozen banana and raspberries and whirl until smooth!
