Silly Dilly Cheese Schmear



This quick and easy super schmear can work as a dunker or a dipper.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1/3 to 1/2 bag) Organic Valley Shredded Cheese of your choice (pre-shredded Cheddar, Mexican blend, Italian 4-Cheese
1/2 cup Organic Valley Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried dill (or fresh to taste)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, cottage cheese, dill weed, and black pepper. Mix together with a rubber spatula until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes before serving with cucumber slices, greens, crackers or your favorite fresh bread.

Serving Suggestions:

Try a Romaine Rollup! Schmear Silly Dilly on a big clean romaine lettuce leaf, toss in a cuke spear and a basil leaf (or even a slice of roasted turkey breast). Roll up and munch for lunch or a quickie snack attack.
