Simple Spiced Soy Cocoa
Warm and comfy, a simple soy cocoa that even the kids can make!

Ingredients:
6 cups Organic Valley Chocolate Soy
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
whipped cream (optional - to taste)
cinnamon sticks (for stirring)
Instructions:
In a medium, heavy saucepan over low-medium heat, heat Chocolate Soy, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Stir continually until well blended and hot. Stir in vanilla extract.
Carefully pour into mugs, top with fresh whipped cream and cinnamon sticks (the perfect stir sticks).

I make hot soy chocolate only adding 2 tsps of vanilla and 4 tsps of peppermint oil. Then top with organic vegetarian marshmallows and stir with a peppermint stick. Kids love it, especially around the holidays.
