Sorrel Salad with Creamy Dressing

Ingredients:

For the dressing
1/4 cup Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon shallot (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (Annie's Honey Dijion)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
For salad
4 cups sorrel (torn into bite sized pieces)
2 cups frisee lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
1/2 cup parsley (flat-leaf variety, loosely packed)
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon (coarsely chopped)

Instructions:

Make dressing:
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

Make salad:
Toss together all salad ingredients with dressing in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
