Tomato Mozzarella Basil Hors d' oevres

Ingredients:
Fresh organic tomatoes (sliced)
Organic Valley Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese — shredded or sliced
Sprigs of fresh basil
Olive oil (try oil infused with garlic or basil)
Instructions:
Slice a fresh tomato
Top with Organic Valley Mozzarella
Cover with fresh basil leaf
Spinkle a little olive oil and a touch of garlic salt or use basil or garlic-infused olive oil.

a twist: warm slightly in the oven (esp. if it's cold outside); leaf under the cheese. In summer, try this for lunch with WW bread for a pizza toast. Sprinkle w/ chives (dry or fresh, after removing from oven, while still warm).
