Prep Time: 0:10
Total Time: 0:10
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes (can use "grape tomatoes")
2 large bell peppers (cut in 1" pieces)
2 medium cucumbers (1/2" thick slices)
4 medium red cabbage leaves (cut and folded)
12 baby carrots
2 stalks celery (cut in 1/2" pieces)
Instructions:
Wash and prepare veggies.
Arrange veggies in a colorful sequence onto a bamboo skewer. Once skewer is full, break off the sharp tip to avoid accidents at the lunch table.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with your children's favorite dressing, schmear, or dip (hummus tastes great with these veggies).
Another option: try a fruit and cheese kabob! Round up your favorite crisp apples, firm pears, and grapes. Cube up Organic Valley Mild Cheddar and Baby Swiss. Arrange them in a tasty and beautiful sequence on a skewer and enjoy! Please remember to break off the sharp tip!
Note:
Kids in the kitchen:
Kabobs are so fun let the kids do it. Watch for that sharp tip!
