SPECIFICATIONS

ASPARAGUS ~

Harvested by hand in 1lb. bunches, each is carefully banded & tagged with and Organic Valley PLU, boxed and smothered in ice for stability during transit.

BEANS~

Packed in Organic Valley 1-1/9 box. 25lb. per case. We will also have hand-picked yellow beans.

BROCCOLI~

Iced, crisp, tight floret. 1-3 stalks per bunch, banded with attractive PLU tags. Fourteen bunches per case, packed in ice.

CABBAGE~

Available late June in 45lb. low rise 1-7/8 cabbage boxes. Approximately 12-16 heads per case, 5 cases per layer, 30 cases per pallet.

CHARD~

8-12 medium leaves in a bunch, 24 bunches per case.

GARLIC~

Select varieties of the spiciest garlic on the market! Packed in 20lb. and 50lb. cartons.

KALE~

Guaranteed crunchy! Available 24 bunches per case with 6-8 leaves per bunch. Each ruffled bouquet is neatly twist-tied with a PLU bib tie (with recipe on back) and packed in ice. Don't forget, we now carry Lacinato kale.

LETTUCE~

Fresh-harvested, hyro-cooled and top-iced to guarantee crispness. 24 heads per case with OV certified organic twist ties in the box. Our Iceberg lettuce is super-sweet and bagged to hold in freshness.

SWEET PEAS~

Early and late seasons always hand-picked for utmost crispness. Gently loaded into a 5/9 bushel 10lb. box or in attractive clamshell packages.

RADISH~

Red cheriette radishes with the perfect green top. 24 bunches per case topped with ice.

RASPBERRY ~

Twelve 6oz 1/2 pints in clamshell packs, with enticing new label.

RHUBARB ~

Ruby pink super-tart. 20# case or twist-tied bunches.

SUMMER SQUASH ~

The best anywhere! Uniform, 6-8" dark green zucchini are PLU stickered and packed in 5/9 20lb. box. We now carry yellow zukes and patty pans! Ask about our baby summer squash.

STRAWBERRY ~

Juicy, sweet, packed in a 12ct pint or 8ct 1lb. stickered with PLU and UPC. Midwest strawberries have flavor that cannot be beat!
