Come work with us
We're always looking for passionate people to help us create an organic food revolution.

Join America's #1 Organic Food Cooperative
If a company is going to make a difference in today's world, its going to have to think differently. At Organic Valley, our philosophy and decisions are based on the health and welfare of people, animals and the earth. We're a mission-driven cooperative, owned by family farmers, and we've been leaders in organic agriculture from the very beginning.

Appreciation comes in many forms when you're a croppie

Work Hard, Play Hard
Along with saving family farms, it’s practically our mission here. We care more about teamwork and results than we do about rigid work schedules, neckties and fancy shoes. Things may look casual in our offices, but we’re doing the hard work it takes to change the world. You’ll be challenged to excel, and rewarded when you do. As teammates powering a billion-dollar leader in a challenging, fast-paced organic industry, we still get chills when we move the needle toward a more delicious future on earth. You will, too.

Lunch is Even Better
Our facilities and tools are state of the art and lunch is even better. All-organic cafeterias mean every day you can enjoy a home-cooked hot lunch with the very best in fresh-picked greens. Based on the modern trappings, you’d never know you’re working on the doorstep of the Midwest’s most spectacular wilderness area, the famous Kickapoo River Valley. Don’t forget your kayak.

Big Energy and Big Ideas
We’re not looking for interns. Which is exactly why you should intern with us over the summer. You won’t be a glorified paper-shredding coffee-fetcher, you’ll dive right into challenging work that makes a difference in our cooperative, and in the world. Twelve weeks goes fast when you’re handling the real-world duties (and getting a real-world paycheck), that fuels the growth of the organic revolution. No worries, we can handle your housing if you are not from the area.

It's Never Been Simple
Organic Valley pioneered cooperative, organic agriculture. Our complex marketing machine uses all the modern tools and disciplines and we offer internships in every department powering this $1 billion business! We’ll post the long list here in September for that following summer with the hopes of filling them just after the holidays or sooner. Oh, by the way, we will teach you a thing or two with our intern training opportunities, and we know how to have fun, too. Do NOT procrastinate.
