Our eggnog is made with eggs from Organic Valley farms. It’s a traditional recipe made with high-quality, organic ingredients and no antibiotics, artificial growth hormones, toxic pesticides, or GMOs. Organic Valley® Reduced Fat Eggnog is a blend of organic milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
Organic Valley® Reduced Fat Eggnog is a delicious, satisfying blend of organic milk, sugar, cream, egg yolks, natural flavor, nutmeg, and Gellan gum.
We do not recommend freezing our Reduced Fat Eggnog. The way the product was crafted is best consumed fresh, although we are flattered that people want to savor eggnog late into the season.
Organic Valley® Reduced Fat Eggnog is ultra-pasteurized, as is required by law in most states. Pasteurization is the process of heating a product to kill any pathogenic bacteria that may be present, without altering the flavor. It also extends the quality of a product. Organic Valley meets and exceeds all directives presented in the FDA's Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO), which outlines federal standards for dairy plants producing Grade A products. Pasteurization is validated by time and temperature relationships.
Organic Valley® Reduced Fat Eggnog is a seasonal product. It is available from September through January.
