Ultra-filtration is a process that concentrates the protein and reduces the sugar naturally found in milk. The result is delicious milk that’s higher in protein and lower in sugar than regular milk.

Organic Valley® Protein Plus™ is certified USDA organic and made from milk from pasture-raised cows that graze freely on organic pastures. It’s the newest ultra-filtered milk that combines premium nutrition with ethical sourcing and pasture-raised animal care.

Yes! Organic Valley® Protein Plus™ ultra-filtered milks are a great option for families looking to boost their protein intake with an organic source of nutrition.

The new Organic Valley® Protein Plus™ milks are packaged in 48oz. Tetra Pak® containers with a new one-step, easy-to-open flip cap that stays tethered to the container to help eliminate waste.
