Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside! These easy air-fried mozzarella sticks made with Organic Valley® Stringles® are coated in seasoned Panko and served hot with marinara. A quick, cheesy snack everyone will love!

Ingredients
A bowl of white flour.
¼ cup flour
breadcrumbs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
A small bowl of salt.
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
marinara sauce
marinara sauce, for serving

Remove Stringles® from packaging. Line a small rimmed baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
Place ¼ cup flour, egg, and Panko breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls. Season Panko with Italian seasoning and garlic powder, and season flour with salt and pepper. Whisk egg until lightly beaten.
One at a time, dip Stringles® into flour, then egg, then panko, rolling until completely coated. Place on prepared baking sheet, and repeat with remaining Stringles®. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
When ready to cook, preheat air fryer to 400°. Lightly spray mozzarella sticks with cooking spray on both sides. Place mozzarella sticks in basket, and cook for 4 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
